9. Why your words are spells and how you are using them against you

Did you know your words are like spells?... What do I mean by that? It simply means that whatever we speak to the quantum field aka the universe/god will manifest it into our lives. We often think words are words and that they don't mean anything... but guess what? To the universe words are everything! When we say hurtful things to ourselves we are sending ourselves lower vibration frequencies and they end up manifesting into our lives. Let's be real, we do not want to manifest negative things into our lives! And your kiddos are watching, we want to raise little humans who speak to themselves in a loving way, not in a hurtful self sabotaging way. Let's be the change, and set the tone on how we need to treat ourselves.
